From 26 to 28 June 2026, the Bergwelt Hahnenkamm Mountain World will once again be transformed into a unique festival setting. Following the successful premiere, the Mountain Festival returns for its second edition, inviting visitors to enjoy a weekend filled with music, outdoor activities, tradition and unforgettable mountain experiences.
Surrounded by breathtaking panoramic views, rustic mountain huts and a varied programme, the festival combines nature and entertainment in a truly special way.
And the best part: the Mountain Festival is an experience for the whole family.

Friday, 26 June 2026
The festival kicks off on Friday evening with the popular band LAMAS. With their unmistakable blend of German and Italian pop and schlager music, they bring a touch of Italian flair and plenty of “Dolce Vita” to the Hahnenkamm. Performing in the festival tent at the Panorama Restaurant, they set the perfect mood for an unforgettable start to the weekend.
Thanks to the extended operating hours of the cable car, visitors can relax and enjoy the evening, soaking up the lively mountain atmosphere well into the night.
Saturday, 27 June 2026
Saturday is all about outdoor activities, nature and togetherness. At the Hahnenkamm Hiking Cup, families and ambitious mountain enthusiasts alike can choose the route that suits them best.
Stamp cards for both the family route and the expert route are available at the valley station.
Those looking for a particularly relaxed start to the day can begin the morning with yoga, mobility exercises and breathwork.
With views of the surrounding peaks, it is easy to leave everyday life behind, unwind and recharge your batteries.
From midday onwards, Duo Lechklang provides great live entertainment in the festival tent at the Panorama Restaurant.
After the presentation of the coveted hiking badges and the raffle of attractive prizes, the next highlight awaits in the evening: brass music and a lively mountain tent party with the Original Hopfenbläser bring the day to a cheerful close.
To make sure there is plenty of time to enjoy the festivities, the Hahnenkamm cable car will once again operate later into the evening.
Sunday, 28 June 2026
Sunday begins with a truly special experience: the sunrise cable car ride takes early risers up the mountain as the sky glows in beautiful morning colours.
Once at the top, guests can look forward to a relaxed sunrise breakfast with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains.
As the day continues, the focus shifts to a combination of tradition and family experiences. With their programme “Der Berg ruft” (“The Mountain Is Calling”), the Peitinger Alphornbläser fill the mountain landscape with the authentic sound of alphorns.
This is followed by a mountain service accompanied by the Wertacher Singföhla.
A special highlight is the ceremonial blessing and official opening of the new Spieli mountain playground, which adds another exciting attraction to the range of family experiences on offer.
At the traditional morning gathering that follows, the Bürgermusikkapelle Weißenbach „Weißenbach Town Brass Band“ treats visitors to lively brass music and authentic local tradition in a warm and sociable atmosphere.
In the afternoon, the mountain is all about families. At the big slide party, a varied children’s programme ensures plenty of fun for younger visitors.
A special highlight is the Mountain Festival marble, which children can get for the marble run. There is also a wheel of fortune with lots of great surprises waiting to be won.
