The Pinswang Sports Days have a long-standing tradition and have become a firm fixture in the event calendar of the SV Pinswang (Pinswang Sports Club) and the wider sporting community of the Reutte Nature Park Region. The event offers sports enthusiasts of all ages the opportunity to try out a variety of activities and enjoy being active together in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, young or old, the Pinswang Sports Days offer the right challenge for everyone.
Challenges
The first challenges have already taken place in the lead-up to the event. From 6 to 14 June 2026, participants could test themselves in the Strava Trail Running Challenge and set their personal best time on the course. The Hiking Challenge was aimed at those who preferred to enjoy nature at a more relaxed pace while also taking part in the prize draw. The route covers 4,1 kilometres with 350 metres of elevation gain, leading from Pinswang to the Dreiländereck – a stunning viewpoint offering panoramic views over Füssen and the surrounding landscape.
From Gentle Walking to Elite Cycling Competitions Event Programme

The main programme of the Pinswang Sports Days takes place from 20 to 21 June 2026. The weekend kicks off on Saturday with the traditional road cycling race. At 15:00 the junior riders, women's categories and senior classes take to the start line. The elite and amateur races follow at 16:00.
This year marks the 30th edition of the long-established race, making it one of the highlights of the event programme. Cycling enthusiasts and sports fans can look forward to exciting competition and a thrilling race atmosphere. The 3,65-kilometre circuit is completed multiple times, allowing spectators to experience the action up close throughout the event.
Fun is guaranteed as well: at 18:00 the Retro Charity Race gets underway. Participants complete multiple laps of a 2,5-kilometre circuit on bicycles that are at least 20 years old. Taking part also supports a good cause: the €10 entry fee, along with an additional €1 for every lap completed, will be donated to a charitable organisation in the Außerfern region. Vintage outfits are highly encouraged and add to the unique atmosphere of the event. It is the perfect opportunity to combine sport, fun and community spirit while supporting a worthy cause.

On Sunday, the programme begins at 9:30 with the Walking Event. Participants can choose from three different routes ranging from 3 to 10 kilometres, offering something for every preference and fitness level. The routes are designed to be accessible to everyone, from families with children to more active walkers. Entry costs €5, while children under the age of 16 can take part free of charge.
Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll or a more energetic walk, the Walking Event is the perfect way to start Sunday morning actively and in great company.
Those who prefer to cheer on the walkers while enjoying the culinary offerings will feel right at home at the Frühschoppen (traditional morning gathering). As soon as the first participants cross the finish line, the barbecue will be fired up.
Visitors can also look forward to a selection of traditional dishes, as well as coffee and homemade cakes. The perfect setting to relax, enjoy the atmosphere and celebrate the achievements of the participants.
The next sporting highlight gets underway at 11:00 with the Gravel and Mountain Bike Race. The 4,1-kilometre course, featuring 350 metres of elevation gain, leads up to the Dreiländereck and offers a varied and rewarding challenge for cycling enthusiasts. Entry costs €15 for adults (€20 for on-site registrations), while children and young people under the age of 16 can participate free of charge.
A special note for cycling fans: this race is expected to be held for the last time, making it the perfect opportunity to take part and be part of its final chapter.
At 13:00 visitors can look forward to a spectacular trial bike show featuring Nico Ostheimer. Breathtaking jumps, impressive displays of balance and plenty of action promise an adrenaline-filled performance for spectators of all ages. The awards ceremony begins at 14:00, followed immediately by the eagerly anticipated prize draw. Participants receive one raffle ticket for each discipline they complete, meaning the more events they take part in, the greater their chances of winning attractive prizes.
Refreshments will be available throughout both event days. A wide selection of food and drinks ensures that visitors and participants alike are well catered for, leaving nothing to be desired beyond the sporting competitions.
