highline179 – Cracking views
The impressive pedestrian suspension bridge highline179 stretches high above the B179 Fern Pass federal highway, from which it derives its name, from the Ehrenberg castle ruins to Fort Claudia. With a total length of 406 metres and a maximum height of 114 metres, the highline179 is an attraction in itself. A certain amount of courage is required to cross the suspension bridge, for which you are however rewarded. From highline179 you get to enjoy dreamy panoramic views – to the valley basin of Reutte and the surrounding mountains – ‚Cracking views‘ as they say.
