Cycling in Tyrol Bike Trail Tyrol
Cycling in Tyrol is, next to hiking, one of the most beautiful leisure activities in the nature of the Austrian region. Special tip: the Bike Trail Tirol. As versatile as the landscapes in Tyrol are, so are the biking routes. Sporty riders will find their challenge, for example, at the Bike Trail Tirol. The longest MTB circuit in the Alps takes bike fans on 32 stages and a total of 1,000 kilometers across Tyrol. Of course, individual tours along the trail are just as possible as the connection of several stages. The start and finish can be chosen at will.
The Bike Trail Tirol also leads through the Reutte Nature Park region. From Weißenbach via Rieden and the Klausenwald to the Ehrenberger Klause, the easy Route 43 Weißenbach - Reutte leads; afterwards, you can continue your tour on Route No. 42 Tannheim - Reutte. This section takes you through Ehenbichl, along the Lech River past the market town of Reutte and through the beautiful Ranzental valley near Musau to Vils. At Vils, the Bike Trail Tirol continues to neighboring Pfronten, from where you will return to the Tannheim Valley via a moderately difficult route.
